Storm flood deposits in Scotland

Tom went to sample storm flood boulders in Scotland. These boulders, some of them several meters large, have been emplaced by recent storm floods.

Two photos were taken in 2013 and 2015, respectively. One of the boulders can be seen to have been transported in between these times. The aim of the study was to try to use VRM dating to estimate the average interval between successive boulder transports caused by storm floods.
